Our team

Our team consists of highly qualified and motivated professionals, who are all passionate about improving mental health through sport and creative exercise.

Holly Tomlin

Founder, Director, and Creative Movement Practitioner

Holly is a dance, yoga, and fitness instructor, currently completing her Master's degree in creative practice. She has a diverse education spanning performing & visual arts, mental & physical health, marketing & entrepreneurship.

Holly is passionate about sport, exercise, and all forms of creative movement, with personal interests in dance, aerial arts, yoga, basketball, swimming, powerlifting and badminton.

Having personally faced mental health challenges, Holly understands the role of creativity and movement as medicine, and has awareness of the barriers limiting access to alternative mental health support in rural areas of the UK. This inspired her to establish Untangle - Creative Movement Collective C.I.C. to increase opportunities for creative health practices in rural communities.

Tracey Haynes

Tracey is a registered community mental health nurse invested in improving the lives of her family and community through social connection, movement and mindfulness practices.
